Your children mean the world to you. As such, you want to make sure that whoever is watching them is trained and qualified to do so. How many caregivers are there per children?

How do you handle fights?

It's only natural that children are going to fight one another. Whether it be over a toy or something else, you need to know how the caregiver is going to handle it. You want to make sure their rules fall in line with how you would handle it in your own home. This way there is no confusion with how your little one is being taught.
